Ying leads development and delivery. He turns the agreed priorities into working improvements, with care for how the store behaves as well as how it looks.
He makes progress, questions and blockers visible so the right person can make the next decision and the work can move forward.
Why we built Snowball
Products change. Campaigns change. Customers find new ways to shop. The work does not end when a website goes live.
Snowball gives that ongoing work an owner. We find useful opportunities, agree priorities, implement reviewed changes and explain what happened next.

Understand the business and the customer. Choose a priority that deserves the available capacity, rather than build everything that sounds interesting.
Agree completion criteria, test the relevant journey and get the required approval. Be clear about whether work is ready, live or still being measured.
Say what changed and what is known. Do not turn an untested idea into a result, or a busy development log into proof of business value.
Sonder beyond Snowball
Our work includes university websites for RMIT, a web presence for Applied EV and Shopify partnerships such as 12 Boards.
We still take on substantial websites and integrations when the scope, budget and delivery capacity make sense. Snowball is our flagship ongoing offer, not the end of our building craft.
