🚩 The Challenge
Kings of Neon faced several challenges with their online presence and product management. Their collection product pages needed a design overhaul to improve user experience and align with modern aesthetics. Additionally, their product database was cluttered with outdated and irrelevant items, making it difficult to manage and organize. They also required a streamlined system for pre-order notifications to enhance customer communication. Lastly, they sought to expand their online presence with new regional sites for the USA, Europe, and New Zealand.

To address these challenges, we implemented a series of targeted solutions:
Website Enhancements: Redesigned the collection product page blocks, taking inspiration from leading e-commerce platforms like JB Hi-Fi and Culture Kings. This included customizable navigation menus and improved product displays.
Product Management: Developed scripts to identify and delete outdated products (e.g., items with no images or specific prefixes) and organized the remaining products into parent-child collections. Reports were created to ensure transparency and approval before deletions.
Pre-Order Notifications: Integrated a Klaviyo flow to automate pre-order notifications, replacing the manual Shopify email system. This ensured customers were informed about their orders in a timely and professional manner.
