Full rebuilds, migrations, bespoke apps and extensive integrations need a separate scope. Ad spend, paid campaign management, ongoing email campaigns and third-party subscriptions are outside the base fee. We agree extra work and costs with you first.
You set the goals and approve business decisions. We find and prioritise opportunities, do the agreed work and walk you through progress on a weekly call. You can bring ideas without having to write every brief.
No. AI helps us monitor and investigate. Our team reviews changes before release, with approvals agreed during onboarding. Theme changes are tracked in version control.
Snowball suits established Shopify stores with regular traffic and sales. If you are pre-launch, have very little traffic or need a single fix, we will discuss a smaller starting point. This plan is for Shopify; a service-business version is a future direction.
The plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. We commit to the agreed work and clear reporting. Revenue results depend on your store, traffic, margins and market, so we do not guarantee a particular uplift.
