Sonder Sites provides web design, development, and digital strategy services. Project scope, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Free tools

Our Sonder Score tool and other free tools are provided as-is. Results are automated analysis and should not be taken as professional advice. We make no guarantees about accuracy or completeness.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, code, and copy, is owned by 6 Performance Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. Client work ownership transfers upon full payment as outlined in individual project agreements.

Limitation of liability

Sonder Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
