The starting point
Czarina’s world is full of expressive prints, flowing silhouettes and pieces designed to stand out. The opportunity was to make exploring that world feel more connected, from finding a favourite print to choosing what to wear with it.
With Snowball, Sonder works alongside the team on the store they already have. We review the experience, agree the priorities and keep delivering considered improvements.

The early work focused on finding products, exploring matching styles and making useful information easier to find. These improvements are visible on Czarina’s store today.
Consolidated category navigation and image-led menus make the range easier to explore. Customers can move between kaftans, dresses, matching sets and prints with a more coherent path through the store.
Related styles are grouped by print on product pages. Someone looking at a Pink Cheetah piece can discover other styles in the same print, with product imagery and direct links to keep exploring.
Afterpay is represented in the footer alongside the store’s payment information. A small, useful addition that makes an existing payment option more visible while customers browse.
Clearer contact paths make it easier to ask a question before buying. A September refinement added WhatsApp and dedicated contact cards alongside click-to-call, connecting shoppers with the Czarina team.
An ongoing partnership
Snowball continues beyond the first round of work. The next opportunities are prepared and reviewed with the team before they become changes on the store.
