What we delivered
The published delivery record from 11 September 2026, with a September contact refinement, records four improvements to the existing store.
A clearer route through the collection
Consolidated category navigation and image-led menus connected kaftans, dresses, matching sets and prints.
One print. More ways to wear it.
Related styles were grouped by print on product pages, with product imagery and direct links. A shopper looking at a Pink Cheetah piece could find other styles in the same print.
Payment options, easier to find
Afterpay was represented in the footer alongside the store’s payment information. This made an existing option more visible; it did not introduce a new payment method.
A real person, within reach
A September refinement added WhatsApp and dedicated contact cards alongside click-to-call.
These are recorded deliverables. Their individual effects on buying behaviour, order value, conversion or downstream purchases have not been established in this case study.

The print journey, on a real screen.
On 7 October 2026 we visited Czarina's public Pink Cheetah collection. The current interface gives us a concrete way to show product discovery alongside the published delivery record.
- A route through the range: the desktop navigation presents categories and prints, with the named print collection as a destination.
- A useful collection view: the captured page shows filters and linked product cards. The mobile view keeps those browsing controls and product links visible.
- A contact route: the desktop header visibly includes call and WhatsApp options. We did not submit a message or test its receipt.
View the captured collection at Czarina. Newsletter overlays were dismissed where present. No customer details were entered or orders placed.
The September delivery record describes navigation, matching-print discovery and customer contact refinements. These current collection screenshots illustrate today's browsing context; they do not independently verify every historical product-page change, payment detail or the person responsible for every current component.
