Your business.
Its next
good chapter.

A clearer direction. Less wasted effort. A website and team working towards the goal that matters to you.

We start by understanding the whole business. Then we agree what to improve, get the work moving and keep looking after it.

Tim in Kyneton. Ying on delivery. Good people in your corner.

THE BUSINESS COMES FIRST
Your
main goal.
A useful
website.
A confident
team.
Keep
improving.
One direction.
Useful work around it.

01 / Get the whole picture

First, we get to
know your business.

The first couple of weeks are about understanding what you have, where the money and effort go, and what you want the business to do next.

  1. 01Week 1 / Understand

    Look at the whole business.

Your website, software, socials, marketing, ad spend and recurring costs. We also talk to the people using them.

You get: a clear picture of what is working, what overlaps and what needs a closer look.

  2. 02Week 2 / Choose

    Agree the goal.
    Make the plan.

More of the right enquiries? More product customers? Less manual work? We choose a priority and decide how to measure it.

You get: an agreed scope, order of work, budget and a useful starting baseline.

  3. 03Next / Build & train

    Make the changes.
    Bring the team along.

Remove verified waste when approved. Improve or rebuild what needs it. Train staff to use the new setup with confidence.

You get: reviewed work, a practical handover and people who know what to do.

  4. 04Ongoing / Keep moving

    Look after it.
    Learn what works.

Agreed monitoring, fixes and improvements. Website and customer-acquisition work chosen around the goal and available capacity.

You get: clear updates, useful next decisions and a record of the work.

An example sequence, not a fixed two-week delivery promise. Access, scope and decisions shape the timing.

A business review, not just a website review.

02 / One goal gives the work direction

What would make
the biggest difference?

Choose an example. See how the work and the measures could change around your main business goal.

An illustrative plan / Not measured results

Help the right customer take the next step.

Start with the offer, the local search journey and how an enquiry gets followed up.

  • Clarify the service and build a useful landing page.
  • Review search, social and advertising against the same customer goal.
  • Research potential leads and agreed acquisition opportunities using approved channels.
  • Improve the booking path and agree who follows up.

What we would measure

Primary measureQualified enquiries received
Supporting measures

Non-branded search clicks, booking clicks and booked conversations.

Keep an eye on

Lead quality, cost per qualified enquiry and response time.

Agree the definitions and baseline first. A click and a new customer are different outcomes.

03 / Make the numbers useful

What could a better
setup be worth?

Try your own monthly numbers. Look at possible cost reductions, the service investment and what would still need to be earned.

Illustrative calculator · A$ · excluding GSTThe calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not saved or sent.

Your existing monthly costs
Your working assumptions

The reduction assumption applies to software, website support and marketing tools. Verify dependencies and approve changes before removing anything.

Redirected advertising remains spent. It is shown separately and adds no cash saving.

The A$2,200 example is the entry Shopify Snowball fee. Broader business, rebuild and marketing work needs its own scope and quote.

Enter your gross margin after cost of goods. Extra campaign costs, fulfilment costs outside that margin and one-off work may increase the amount needed.

Include an estimate for staff time

Time freed is useful capacity. It is not a cash saving unless an actual paid cost is removed.

A$0
Modelled total monthly outlay Existing costs − reduction + investment
A$3,995

These are estimates from your assumptions, not achieved savings or a promised return. Confirm the actual next bills and business results.

How the calculation works

Potential cash reduction = (software + website support + marketing tools) × your reduction percentage. Advertising is excluded from this reduction.

Additional gross profit needed = monthly Sonder investment − potential cash reduction, with a minimum of zero. Additional revenue = that gross-profit gap ÷ your entered gross margin.

Staff-time value = hours freed × hourly value. It is reported separately. Redirecting advertising does not change the total cash outlay.

All amounts exclude GST. One-off setup or rebuild work, replacement tools and extra campaign spend need to be added to a real plan. There is no forecast of how many leads or sales will arrive.

04 / Less project management on your desk

A small request.
A clear next step.

You bring the business context. We turn it into work someone can act on.

A new offer, a page that needs attention, an idea for the store. Text, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, email or the channel that suits your team. We agree how to work together, then help clarify the job, priority and next decision.

You see the work in a preview, understand what changed and approve the business decisions. Requests are prioritised within your agreed capacity.

An illustrative Snowball text request
You / Send a text

“We have a new winter range. Could we give it a proper spot on the homepage?”

Sonder / Clarify & prioritise

“Let’s use the approved images and collection. We’ll confirm the scope, show you the preview and check the mobile path before release.”

  1. Send a text
  2. Request understood
  3. Reviewed update
  4. Checked result

An example request flow. Text, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord and email are available, or we can agree your preferred channel during onboarding. Capacity and timing are agreed for your store.

A living website, with people behind it

Launch is a beginning.
Keep making it useful.

Once the right foundations are in place, agreed monitoring and a useful improvement rhythm help the website keep up with your business.

Watch.

Check the agreed journeys, technical issues and customer signals.

Understand.

Investigate the cause and choose the next useful priority.

Improve.

Make reviewed, authorised changes within the agreed scope.

Check.

Verify the work and evaluate customer outcomes when data allows.

That is the practical idea behind self-healing: detect, investigate, fix and verify. Automation supports the work; people take responsibility.
