Do we need Shopify Plus, or is Advanced enough?
Upgrading too early is the most common mistake we see. Below about $1M a year Plus rarely pays for itself. Past that, the deciding factors are checkout control, native B2B and API headroom for your integrations. Can you migrate us from Magento, BigCommerce or WooCommerce?

Platform migrations start from $15,000 AUD. Shopify Plus builds and integration projects are scoped fixed after an audit, and our average enterprise engagement sits around $200k. If the budget is smaller, say so early. We would rather point you at the highest leverage fix than sell you a build you do not need.
