Sonder Sites / Kyneton
Your web designer in Kyneton.
A website that makes your business easy to understand. A Shopify store that makes shopping easier. Led by Tim, a Kyneton local and Shopify specialist, from our office on Piper Street.
For businesses with their own character
Keep what makes you, you.
An independent retailer, artist or local hire business does not need to look like everyone else. The website should express its identity while making the useful details easy to find.
We start with the questions a customer brings to your site: what you offer, whether it suits them, where you work and what to do next. For a retail business, we also look at product organisation, collection browsing and the practical work of running Shopify.
Tim leads direction and client relationships from Kyneton. Ying leads development from Canada. We agree who owns each part of the work, how you review it and what a finished result looks like. New builds and improvements to existing sites are both part of the conversation.

A local business owner, in your corner
I live here.
I work here.
I’m Tim. I’ve lived in Kyneton for four years, and my office is behind Oliver Campbell Trading at 26 Piper Street. I’m a local dad with two kids, I’m involved in the local soccer club, and I spent a couple of years as president of Business Kyneton.
I know the conversations that happen between local business owners: getting the right people through the door, making the website useful, keeping costs sensible and having someone you can call when things need attention.
Shopify is a big part of what I do. I work with businesses including Watts Fresh, Sisko Chocolate and Oliver Campbell Trading, alongside retailers and teams across Australia. We start with what your business actually needs, then make a practical plan to get there.

A new website or a better existing one
Structure, content, responsive design and technical foundations chosen around the business.
A Shopify store worth looking after
Theme development, migrations, product browsing and practical support for independent retailers.
A clearer shopping journey
Review navigation, product information and buying friction before deciding what to change.
An ongoing Shopify team
Snowball brings reviewed delivery and clear priorities to existing stores, within agreed capacity.
Found locally, understood quickly
Turn local interest into a useful next step.
A Kyneton service page should explain the actual service and show credible examples. Your business name, address, phone and service area should agree with your Google Business Profile. A visitor on a phone should be able to read the offer and find the booking or enquiry action easily.
We review search foundations and the customer journey together. Where data is available, we use non-branded Search Console queries and landing-page performance to choose the next improvement. A click is not a qualified enquiry, and an enquiry is not a sale.

Before we start.
Are you based in Kyneton?
Yes. Tim lives in Kyneton and leads Sonder from the office behind Oliver Campbell Trading at 26 Piper Street, Kyneton VIC 3444. Our team works across Australia and Canada. Arrange a conversation first so we can plan the right review or meeting.
Can you work on an existing Shopify store?
Yes. We can assess the theme, product browsing, performance and support needs, then agree a focused project or ongoing Snowball capacity. Explore Shopify maintenance and support.
Can you design a website for a local service business?
Yes. We scope website projects around clear services, useful proof and an enquiry journey. Snowball’s current subscription offer is for Shopify stores; ongoing care for another platform needs its own agreed scope.
How do you quote a website project?
We first review what the business needs, existing content, platform requirements and any integrations. You receive the proposed scope, price and timing before deciding whether to proceed.
What happens after launch?
That depends on the agreed scope. We can plan handover, support and further improvements. For Shopify, Snowball provides an ongoing team from A$2,200 per month plus GST, with capacity and delivery timing agreed upfront.
